I had to take my dog in yesterday for euthanasia .As most people know it's the hardest time in your life with your pet. I can't say enough how great everyone there was . I haven't been there in years. Dr. Schrader went above and beyond taking the time . She was very caring .Nicole the front office lady was Super nice .How they handled everything ..they got me in last minute. This is some thing you don't see a lot in today's world. I have two other dogs, so I will be continuing care there. I can't thank them enough.

I've been coming to Canyon Crest since I moved to California in 2015. My dog, Ellie, had a lot of anxiety about the vet so going to some other vets in the area (who were lovely and amazing) was a challenge just based on the space and the volume of animals in the vicinity. While they can be a little more expensive, the vets and techs at Canyon Crest are incredible. She was diagnosed with kidney disease a few years ago, and when she unexpectedly took a turn this week they did everything they could to make her comfortable and outline the options I had for her. I took my Dachsalier (Longhair Dachshund and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) Rio in to see Dr. Fine at the Canyon Crest Animal Hospital this morning. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. I was taken in a few minutes before my appt time. The exam room was very clean. Charlene came in and got the information on why had brought Rio in then took Rio to the back for examination. Dr. Fine came in and gave me her analysis on Rio. Several things had to be addressed and discussed. Dr. Fine explained everything clearly and precisely and gave no indication of being in a hurry even though she had other clients to see.
