My experience with getting new windows and sliding glass doors with California Showcase Construction was exceptional. The entire staff was courteous and efficient. My initial fears of dealing with sales and contractors faded the moment I met Chris. He was light hearted and funny and made me feel at ease taking the time to ensure I got exactly what I both wanted and needed without the high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend speaking with Chris and California Showcase Construction.
From the very beginning, I had excellent interactions with various personnel from the company. The door to door young lady didn’t pressure me into buying. Our sales person was very honest and patient while I was deciding. As a double check, the owner followed up with a visit to confirm the measurements of the order. When installation day came, it affirmed my decision as the crew was incredibly organized, structured, clean, fast yet paid attention to detail. So happy to have decided on Anlin windows with California Showcase Construction! The windows are beautiful and will definitely have them comeback for the 2nd floor windows.
I had CA Showcase Construction replace all my windows and sliding doors about 12 years ago, and they've been the best investment. Over the years, anytime I had a question, needed an adjustment, or wanted to add something, they’ve always been there for me.
Living in the desert, my home gets sandblasted every year, and recently my large sliding door became difficult to open. I called, and they came out promptly, replaced the track, and even added a lock for my doggy door — all at no cost.
