This review is long overdue. I was looking to rent my condo almost two years ago at this point. Yelp has always done right by me so I trusted the recommendations. I spoke with a few other property managers and everyone was wanting to rent my condo for a lot less. Brian agreed to rent it at a price we were comfortable with. Brian was very good at communicating and was patient with all of our questions. My husband met with him initially and then we met with him again after I reviewed the contract at home. My husband found Brian Bean on the Internet to assist in selling our home. Brian provided great advice to my husband and I about positioning the house to sell quickly. Brian helped to manage the repairs and even helped to find handy men to do repairs. The house was only on the market for two days with over ten offers and sold for almost 20K more than the asking price.Job well done!
