The owner, Brandi, is fantastic, providing exceptional customer service and making clients feel comfortable, important, and valued. She is professional, kind, and caring, taking the time to ensure clients are satisfied with their services and not trying to sell them anything they don't need. The shop itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of a spa without the high prices. With Brandi at the helm, clients can expect to receive top-notch services, including dermaplaning and Brazilian waxing, in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
It was my first time get a Brazilian and it was amazing!! It didn’t hurt more than ripping off a bandage ahah! Brandi is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable :) 10/10 would recommend and would do it again!
I first came here because I had been to those big places and was unhappy with the service and results.I also was looking for a small business to give my hard earned money to. I'm so happy I gave this spot a chance because Brandi is fantastic. I've been to her 3 times in 2 different locations for waxing and she is the only place I have had an extremely positive experience. Those big houses of beauty have nothing on Brandi. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so outgoing and friendly it almost makes you forget she's yanking hair out of your most sensitive areas. I've been going to Karissa for years now, she has always worked with my schedule. Her custom facials and expertise on how my sensitive skin is has always been on point. She's very professional and extremely clean, the main space is beautiful and the facial room is very tranquil. I would recommend Karissa to everyone that wants to improve their facial texture and appearance or just wants a little pampering.
