During an extremely difficult time, our family needed help with DME and was struggling to get support. We felt like my aunt’s doctor was not doing much to assist us, and after multiple attempts to get answers, I was overwhelmed and upset because it felt like no one was helping.

I called my home health agency, and Jasmine answered. She listened without rushing me, showed genuine understanding, and immediately stepped in to help. Even though I was frustrated, she remained calm, respectful, and focused on finding solutions. She knew exactly what to do and took the lead in getting things arranged.

My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and we used Advantage health systems for in-home hospice. The team was fantastic, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time. The nurses were so knowledgeable and shared tips to help me best care for dad. I will forever be thankful to the team and highly recommend them. They treat the patient and family so respectfully and are caring! Thank you

I would give MORE stars if I could! Ted and his team (Nurse Sara) truly took care of my family during the most heartbreaking time of our lives, the loss of my father. Having never experienced hospice care before I had no idea what to expect. Ted held our hands through the process, from the beginning even through after dad's passing. We consider him "family". The sensitive care that was shown from being ever present for questions, handling calls and arrangements so we wouldn't have to allowed us to focus on loving my father through his passing. Angels do exist! Ted and Sara are ours. We are thankful and will forever be grateful.
