Having worked in the area for decades, he gave us details about the history of our neighborhood and community, shared with us in the joy of our new home, and even referred us to another business equally as professional to help us get our missing screens replaced. Jim at Accent has taken care of the window coverings in our home since we moved in more than 20 years ago. Although the original blinds were still in great shape, we decided to upgrade a few rooms to plantation shutters and are extremely happy with the results! As in the past, Jim was very professional, was on time for our appointment, his measurements and recommendations were spot on and delivery and installation were flawless. Such a gentleman, the owner, Jim was so patient and courteous not to mention his prices are very reasonable. I called him based on the reviews and I had him replace old blinds from another company that put them in that is no longer around. Him and his co-worker put in (2) verticals for my patio doors and (2) blinds for my window. He returns calls and gives you updates. His suggestions in regards to functionality and aesthetics for the purpose and look I wanted helped tremendously. I will use him again for my other windows and definitely recommend him.
