Such a gentleman, the owner, Jim was so patient and courteous not to mention his prices are very reasonable. I called him based on the reviews and I had him replace old blinds from another company that put them in that is no longer around. Him and his co-worker put in (2) verticals for my patio doors and (2) blinds for my window. He returns calls and gives you updates. His suggestions in regards to functionality and aesthetics for the purpose and look I wanted helped tremendously. I will use him again for my other windows and definitely recommend him. Good work ethics.

Accent is by far the best window covering service you can obtain in Riverside. Jim Barberie, the owner, is an amazing person -- very professional, extremely knowledgeable (he's been in the window covering business for 30 years), and genuinely helpful. He came over to my house to measure my windows, discussed all the options available, and fitted them very well. Unlike other tradesmen, he is not in a rush and will spend as much time as needed to explain to you all the different window covering options -- shades, blinds, shutters. He is not pushy either; if you decide not to use him right away, he's totally fine with that. Because he's not looking for a quick sale; instead what he wants is to make you a lifelong customer. Couldn't praise Jim's customer service enough. Also, Accent's products are first-rate and offer great value for money. Recommend this service very highly without any reservations.
