We needed a mobile RV mechanic for an issue we were having with our coach. 911 RV Repair came to the rescue. Although they weren’t actually able to diagnose our issue because we were locked out of our storage garage, 911 RV showed patience and understanding after driving quite a distance to our RV location. We were so impressed with their professionalism in this most uncomfortable situation. We would like to recommend this company based solely on their professional attitudes as well as making us feel like the customer truly is put in first place. RC saved our behinds when our Airstream suddenly started experiencing unexpected sway on the freeway in Southern California. He was able to quickly identify (and repair) the root cause issue between our tow vehicle and the Weight Distribution Hitch which was a huge stress relief!! I highly recommend this business if you need mobile emergency repair service in the Inland Empire area.
Our RV was unable leave a campground due to one of the 4 leveling jacks failing to retract. We called R.C. and despite a booked schedule for the day he committed to take care of us. As it got to be later in the evening, we agreed to his coming first thing the next morning - but he was ready to come at 9pm after an already very long work day- standing by his commitment to help us. 30 minutes after arriving the job was done - the Jack was retracted and we could safely drive home.Not just great service, RC is very personable. Recommend him 100%.
