The guy who answered the phone was hands down most helpful person I've talked to and I have been on the phone with 7 different companies and have gotten more assistance, more knowledge of the situation and curtesy than any of the others by a long shot. Highly recommend these guys if you aren't too familiar with electrical issues because they have no problem explaining things to you and very helpful in general. 5 stars
I called them on a Saturday night and not only did I get to speak with someone on the first ring, they sent me an estimate and were ready to come fix my Tango Trailer. A neighbor, who lives and breaths RVs happened to come by and fixed our rig, but I was so impressed with this company's professionalism that I wanted to give them a great review!
We needed a mobile RV mechanic for an issue we were having with our coach. 911 RV Repair came to the rescue. Although they weren’t actually able to diagnose our issue because we were locked out of our storage garage, 911 RV showed patience and understanding after driving quite a distance to our RV location. We were so impressed with their professionalism in this most uncomfortable situation. We would like to recommend this company based solely on their professional attitudes as well as making us feel like the customer truly is put in first place. We will be having our coach towed to this business and will be writing another review after the work is completed!P.S....read full review
