So I first off want to say I had no idea Ulta had a hair salon and im so happy I called and scheduled a haircut appointment.They have a few different options for pricing like a tier level stylist and I scheduled with a top tier stylist and she did not disappoint. She was so professional and listened to what I wanted and delivered a fantastic haircut and style. Thank you Jen I will be back and I will always request you.

Tried asking some questions and normally the techs are helpful, this time not so much.
Not to mention after I explained why I didn't want a product another tech interrupted and tried to sell me on that product although she didn't hear me and my concerns.
Normally they are decent but this time was offputting.
