I come here for my DOT physical. Staff is friendly and professional.
Dr. Is kind and knowledgeable. I drive an hour to see them every 2 years because I am a human here and not just a Truck Driver.

Dr. Duque and his staff are always great! They provide affordable sports physicals for high school students. They are always so friendly with my children. I love the annual visit we have in the office.

I have been going to Active Chiropractic for about 7 years now and I wanted to leave them a review. This place has been so helpful in my life. I have been going here for my DMV physical and they put me though all the tests and I am in and out. The even send all the paperwork over to DMV for you. The owner is a good hard working American. I will support this small business as long as they are here.
