We used Richter fence to build us a large wood double gate. They came out and built the gate in a timely fashion and the gate seemed fine. After a few months the posts were leaning in and the gate would not close. This was a problem, so I reached out to them and they came out checked on the gate and agreed that the posts needed to be replaced with larger posts. They went and got the material, cut the concrete around the old posts and fixed the gate all in just a few hours.
