The community will feature 162 single-story homes and 74 duets (148 homes) with open floor plan layouts and flexible spaces. The single-family homes range from approximately 1,302 to 1,569 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2-car garages. The duets range from approximately 1,090 to 1,160 square feet, with 1-2 bedrooms, a den (per plan), 1.5 to 2 baths, and 1-car garages. Residents have praised the community's amenities, including a dog park, and the exceptional customer service provided by sales representatives Wendy Ennis and Anna Smith. While there have been some concerns about the maintenance of the dog park, the developer has been responsive in addressing these issues.

While I was selling my Clients home, Anna was working the other end on getting them into their new construction home. We were working on a very short timeline in between their closings & Anna was able to help get it done with little time in between houses.
I am a homeowner at Liberty,@Summit. we have a beautiful dog park that has been added to our amenities October 2024. But when i reach out to HOA management regarding the state of the dog park i am told that it has not been turned over to the homeowners. I have reached out again regarding the overflowing trash and empty poop bag dispensers. If i get an appropriate response here that it is being taken care of i will remove my 1 star and this post

I just closed on my home yesterday... and I can't say enough about my experience with Wendy Ennis and Anna Smith at DeNova Homes! Wow... not only did they make this experience easy for me, they made sure I understood everything... they were professional, yet personable, they were knowledgeable and incredibly patient! They answer ALL my questions through out the entire process. They explained step by step the entire process. The home itself... OMG I'm in love with it! I got to pick out the finishes I wanted and they delivered on what they promised! If you're considering DeNova Homes... run... don't walk to them!!!
