I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I think this business gets a bad rap because maybe they need an office manager. Otherwise, was pleased with knowledgeable rep that came to my house.Service: Heating system maintenance

We had a floor mounted radiant heater in our living room. The heater's pilot light would not stay lit. Signs of a faulty thermal coupler. This happened in November 2021. I had made several calls to other heating and cooling businesses with no success. No one wanted to fix my under floor heater because it meant crawling under the house. Not fun at all, I get it.
