Based on the reviews, Pinnacle Plumbing is a trusted local expert for all commercial and residential plumbing needs. The owner Raul is awesome and runs a quality run organization that wants to help you. Tyler responded quickly to a leak late at night and helped figure out an immediate solution. Tyler has been so professional and kind. Not all heroes wear capes, and Tyler and David came to save the day when a sewage ejector pump gave out. They responded quick with urgency, were very knowledgeable, and immediately knew what the problem was. They wasted no time ordering the necessary part and worked hard. They were very friendly and helpful at explaining the whole process. Even though it was a crappy situation, they still had the best attitude. Sy and Sean are very knowledgeable plumbers that take the time to discuss options. Raul took time to help someone and gave ideas without charging. Kyla quickly made an appointment. Pinnacle Plumbing provides comprehensive plumbing solutions, specializing in water filtration systems. They are reliable and trustworthy. Best on the mountain for sure. Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs and projects.
We had a leak in our basement late at night and Tyler responded quickly. He helped us figure out an immediate solution to stop the leak and hold us over until morning where he arrived first thing. Tyler has been so professional and kind and we are so thankful to have him for our plumbing crises and needs.
Raul the owner of Pinnacle is awesome, I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon at their shop trying to fix a bath tub on my own, Taul took time to help me and gave me some ideas on how to fix the problem without charging me very generous of him to help someone out. When I realized I could not fix it myself I called Kyla who quickly made an appointment and Raul got to my home quickly, he explained they needed to order a part and then got the part and came back the next day to fix my tub/shower issue. Not all heroes wear capes, and that is exactly what Tyler and David are for coming to save the day for me, my wife and kids. Our sewage ejector pump gave out and they responded quick with urgency. They were very knowledgeable and immediately knew the what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it. They wasted no time in ordering the necessary part and got to work as soon as it was delivered. They were very friendly and helpful at explaining the whole process from beginning to end.
