Went in to get some recommendations for my dark circles and Jessie was patient and very sweet recommended the “It do it all concealer” she did a skin match and everything at first I was skeptical but two other employees confirmed it looked great. and I cannot thank her enough. I see a difference and I absolutely love the concealer it’s worth every dollar.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Bryan! I was searching for a specific OUAI shampoo that seemed to be out of stock everywhere, and just when I was about to give up, Bryan stepped in. He went above and beyond to help me track it down checking inventory, looking in the back, and even suggesting alternative options just in case. I had such a great time at Ulta! The vibe was super chill and welcoming. The Estée Lauder rep who helped me pick out a skincare routine for my husband and suggested the Futurist Hydra Rescue Foundation SPF 45 for his brown spots was a talented makeup artist and made the whole experience really comfortable and easy. Mario helped us at checkout and was super helpful and informative. Overall, just a really great experience. I will continue to choose Ulta over Sephora based on my experience today. 🥳
