No words can express the diligence and pride this individual takes in his business and work performance . Last week my family and I were without heating in our home due to air unit not working properly . Had previously called another company that took all of five minutes to tell me nothing could be done to unit and needed new unit. On Sunday morning (raining) I reached out to translucent mechanical . Quick response and willingness to come out on a Sunday was greatly appreciated. Talk about excellent customer service . Jahari found the problem and came back next day in rain to repair. Honest and affordable!! Two things that are hard to get together when it comes to mechanical work. Jay has serviced my restaurant from AC repair to freezer repair to air curtain install. He has done such a great job that I recommended him to my family to work on their homes. Now if I didn't trust him there would be no way I would recommend him. But without a doubt I would recommend Translucent Mechanical 100%
