George was very straightforward and knowledgeable, explaining that most inkjet printers are unfortunately not designed to be repairable. Even though the chances of fixing them were slim, he still offered to take a look . I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the time he took to explain everything clearly.

I would like to share my experience I had with SerDiTech Computer Repair. I would like to start off by say how pleased I am with the service is got for Mr. Padilla. He was very professional and took the time to explain the process and what he thought it could be wrong my computer. I thought the price to be very reasonable, and the turnaround time was very fast.
