Unprofessional staff, misleading information and a lack of accurate communication when dealing with this so called plumbing company. Just keep on moving to the next company who can actually fix plumbing not just provide false advertisement. DO NOT waste your time and money !!! YouTube will serve more useful !
Horrible service , waist of time , after placing a claim through my home warranty regarding two plumbing issues , a leaking faucet and running water on toilet this company came out to my home charged me a service fee of $75 , they failed to fix anything . They said the running water on the toilet was an easy fix i can do my self ! and the leaking faucet would need approval from my home warranty .I replied to the tech if the toilet running water was an easy fix why couldnt he do it if i had paid my service fee he said it was late and his shift was over but could return the following day . He never returned i made numerous calls for an update and they blamed my home...read full review
I'm just here to say that something seems very off about these new owners, they are very Rude, very unhelpful and unprofessional, having a attitude and talking down to customers, I will definitely be taking my business Elsewhere, because of they're bad customer service.
