Master Hernández is someone with experience, with a high dan degree, who not only teaches kicking and self-defense techniques, but also how to apply the principles of taekwondo in daily life. A welcoming environment, with well-structured classes for children, and a focus on personal growth as much as physical skills.

I recently had my kids attend Master Hernandez Tae Kwon Do. What I liked was that Master Hernandez is a 3rd Degree Black belt and is bilingual (English and Spanish). He is very professional and instills great discipline in all of his students. The reason why I enrolled my kids here instead of any other school is because most schools charge about $100 per student/per month or more and it can get expensive. I literally looked around and nobody was charging less than $100 per student/ per month. Master Hernandez worked within my budget and offered me a great deal for both of my boys. Master Hernandez is a great teacher and has helped my son come out of his shell. He has taught him discipline, respect and the importance of good habits. His classes go far beyond only Tae Kwon Do, he stresses to the kids the need to know their parents' phone numbers, the importance of good hygiene and clipping their nails, and the need to obey and listen to their parents.He keeps the class on task the entire time but also keeps the kids smiling. My son looks forward to class every week and takes pride in working on his technique. My favorite part of the class is when he tells the kids to go and hug their parents before the class ends. Master Hernandez TKD has exceeded our expectations and we hope to enjoy his teachings for years to come.
