The place doesn’t look well kept. Sheet looked really old. There was a stale smell. The massage therapist shorted the time by 10 mins. They massaged over the sheet. No oils. Disappointed.

Obnoxious korean ladies yelling at each other. Annoyed korean women yelling at customer locker drama. Hot tub out of order. Sauna out of order. Steam room working. Ok massage no oil used.

I had a gift card from here and that was the only reason I decided to go. knowing about the bad reviews didn't have much expectations.. but it was much worse. first of all the attitude when I presented the gift card was unbelievable. Bad costumer service and bad business when I was told "gift card expires after one year" lol No it doesn't. there is no indication of that on the card. And even if it was going to "expire" means the value will be equivalent to what it was paid and May be additional fee for raised prices. That's only valid if printed on the gift card. -location has ton of parking in not so great neighborhood next to laundromat.... read full review
