Communication was poor, has me going back and fourth, told me to go in at 10am. I arrive and the business is not even open, call him and he arrives an hour later, doesn't have the spotlight I needed for my Easter event after telling me the night before he had it. Never gets back at me and it effects my event.

Their Marquee Numbers made our event! We hosted a graduation and rented the “21” numbers from Ultimate Sound & Lighting. The service was great, no hassle, showed up to set up on time and set everything up themselves and then tore it down themselves as well. Definitely worth it!
