I am absolutely disappointed in TaxStar (Ken and Brent). After many years of doing my taxes, they are no longer whom I will go to for them. They made a mistake on my taxes last year which cost me $900 (that are now being taken out of my 2023 taxes smh), that I have to pay back to the IRS. PLUS, I didn't receive them until December!! I have emailed them to see what "WE" could do about it, still giving them the benefit of the doubt, but NOPE, they have completely ghosted me. Sucks because I always spoke so highly of them to others. Now, I can't even believe how they played me.

They use to do my taxes then I did them myself. I had tax years from the iRS from the years that they filed on my behalf. I called Ken & asked him to assist me to file a payment plan and sent these letters to him back in June. No response from Ken on the payment plan. As of today 8/24/2022 Had to call him he hadn't done anything and no follow up on any of my emails. He told me to call back again tomorrow. Unacceptable Regards Kim
