I came here back in August because my dog was very sick. She was diagnosed with pancreatitis and put on a prescription diet. She didn’t end up getting better so I brought her back here and she was hospitalized for 4 days. I was sick to my stomach but the staff here is amazing. They let me call as many times as I wanted so I could check in on her and see the latest updates. Everyone was absolutely amazing and now I come in every month to pick up her food. Everyone is always friendly and very accommodating. I came in last week because my dog had this cough and I wanted to have an x-ray done on her lungs. I’m so glad I did because Dr. Hernandez ended up seeing that there was a mass on my dog’s liver that was totally unrelated to what I came in for. I never would have caught that or have known anything was wrong if it wasn’t for her. She referred me to a specialist and we are dealing with what is going on now. I’m still waiting on the results to see if it’s liver disease or cancer but either way I’m thankful for this place and the doctor for spotting this mass so I’m able to get my dog on the right treatment plan. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff here. You all are amazing!
