I have a 2017 Macbook Pro. I am a business and career coach so I use my laptop a lot. My laptop started getting hot, the fan loud and my laptop needing to always be charged by the chord. I knew it was a battery issue, then one day my laptop stopped charging cause of the heat. Unfortunately we live in a world where if something is broken, let's go buy a new one. For a Macbook pro that usually costs $2k. But as a business owner you need to think, "Do I really need to spend that much?" I screwed up my keyboard while replacing my own mac battery. I contacted Joseph and the whole process was faster, cheaper, and easier than I thought it would be. He got it back to me *same day* on a holiday Sunday. And a month later, it's still working great.
