About From The Heart Physical Therapy

From The Heart Physical Therapy serves the community with physical therapy services, myofascial release, wellness and preventive care. The clinic is known for its beautiful garden and family‑like atmosphere. Patients say they are listened to and understood from the first moment. The team finds the exact source of pain, even when patients cannot fully explain it, and treats the whole body, not just a single spot. Home exercises are given after the first visit. The care is described as professional, caring, supportive and full of empathy. Many patients report that they were saved from recommended surgery and that pain is gone or greatly reduced. The clinic’s hands are said to find the root of pain and to heal quickly, leaving patients with less pain, more strength and no longer needing painkillers. The atmosphere is peaceful and the garden adds to the healing experience. The team’s unique, healing touch, warmth, love and compassion make the treatment life‑changing. Overall, patients say they are satisfied with the attention, expertise and care that the clinic gives, and they recommend it for anyone seeking effective, compassionate physical therapy.

Sepi is wonderful and has helped me tremendously with my shoulder when no other medical professionals did. I’m so grateful!

My 16 year old daughter has been having migraines that occasionally trigger seizures, since she was 8. I have been to all kinds of specialists throughout he years, with zero relief or answer for her. I Met Sepi at a myofascial release seminar in Costa Mesa a few months back, and absolutely felt this love and trust that just radiated from her. I quickly booked my appointment with her for my daughter when I returned home to Oregon. We are now 2 weeks post appointment, and after 1 treatment, my daughters migraines have decreased significantly, she has zero pain in her knees, legs and ankles and she has started gaining weight again (she lost about 13lbs since her last seizure in April). I cannot wait to book our next trip. Also, if you get a chance to hang out in her garden, I highly recommend. My daughter was so nervous until she saw she was surrounded by citrus trees, beautiful flowers, butterflies, hummingbirds, 2 cats and chickens. Sepi and her entire staff are so wonderful. Thank you so much!

I have dealt with cervical spinal compression for many years. 16 months ago I fell off a ladder and aggravated that compression and apparently increased the area of compression to C-5-6-7 and T1. Over the past year I have experienced a variety of minor injuries and significantly increased neck pain mostly on my left side due I know specifically from the fall. Additionally I have developed tinnitus (ringing in ears) during this time period. I have been to my doctor - 2 ENTs - chiropractor and acupuncture and I attend yoga classes 3-4 times per week. I have had an MRI on my brain, carotid artery check, x-ray of neck and cervical spine. Nothing really helped relieve my neck pain or my tinnitus. I heard of myofacial release through my wife and sister-in-law. I hoped this might be the answer. I have grown to learn and understand exactly what this process entails and how it works in my first few visits. I realize that this is a process that works meticulously to re-balance the body's structure. During this process my neck pain has dramatically decreased and I can feel the muscles in my neck relaxing for the first time in years. As for the tinnitus.....it is still there but the intensity and volume is more subdued. I am encouraged by the fact that this process seems to be helping to unwind what has developed into a very uncomfortable physical experience for me. I totally embrace this process and appreciate the time Sepi Aeen has taken to not only work on me, but also educate me on the exact process.
