I got a call from a friend inviting me to check out this place, I am so happy I went, they are great class instructors, and they are also awesome people! You feel good around everyone there.

The instructors and staff are amazing! Great people, kind and knowledgeable. Always look out for the kids and the adult classes are legit ! Not to mention Tuesday and Thursdays wrestling/jiu jitsu adult classes are the place to be , whether you're looking for a workout or how to choke someone out or just defend yourself, you get it all !!! I definitely recommend this place, oh and the pricing is excellent!!!!!

My Grand Daughter goes here. This place is best for kids. Master is really great, kids love their masters.
My Grand Daughter volunteers her time here, and just talking to her regarding her volunteering time, I can tell how much she enjoys doing that.
I do recommend this place for Kids, they also get great workouts and Discipline them self.
