I scheduled a home cleaning and now one showed up . This is by far the most unprofessional service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner even tried to cancel my appointment not rectify the situation. She said that the maids can’t come because they are working on someone else’s house. REALLY!???? Save your time and money

I currently live here and this place is horrible. Trash pick up at 6:30am Saturday Sunday.. don't expect to sleep at all.. it's always loud people screaming dogs don't stop barking. The apartment itself not in good shape it's takes forever to fix anything around here. If I could give it zero stars I would. Oh don't forget there is homeless people all around. They are extremely dangerous. If your looking to rent this place there are way better look elsewhere!

I havent actually stayed here so this review is purely for customer service and hotel policies. My mom lives in California and she has been pretty sick for the past two years, I planned a trip in the beginning of March (before coronavirus really blew up and all these restrictions were in place) to come out to California and I picked this place to stay. About a month ago I reached out to them to see if they had any sanitation procedures in place for Covid and they said they do not. They also happened to change the name of the hotel completely from Expedia so I could not even find it on there to review their policies or take another look at the pictures and reviews.
