Wes, our funeral director, was extremely helpful and informative and patiently guided us through the process of preparing our Mom's memorial service and internment arrangements. The day of service went smoothly in coordinating a slide presentation and preparation of a memorial handout. Very comfortable, lovely facility. We had a heartwarming ceremony there. I am so thankful for Green Valley Mortuary! Our family worked with Alex after my dad passed away and he was so patient and kind. He gave us our options for burial vs. cremation, spent lots of time with us as we decided, and answered our many, many questions. Alex was in touch with us throughout the cremation process and always returned our calls in a timely manner. We later decided to use the Legacy Room for my dad's Celebration of Life and again, Alex was amazing. He met with us multiple times to help us decide on our menu and agenda for the day and the team at Green Valley even designed a digital invitation for us. I was very impressed with their compassion and service. They went at my speed through the whole process, which I needed that because my wife handled these things, but she’s the reason I have to use this mortuary.
