My hot water went out on my less than 2 year old tankless water heater! I called Dave Knoll (previously used them) and the next appt was not for Monday, it was Thursday... yikes! Well I took the Monday appt. and then 3 hours later JR shows up. He was like "I saw on my work orders for next week that you had no hot water and that is a NO-NO on my book." I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Brandy, Junior, and Fermin. I had been calling around for estimates on getting my leaky tub faucet and toilet flange fixed and after a few calls came across Dave Knoll Plumbing. Brandy was the person who answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the cost of have the faucet repaired. Brandy was very patient with me considering I ask a lot of questions when it comes to having something out of my scope of knowledge repaired. I would highly recommend Dave Knoll Plumbing. First of all they are local to our area. ( Located in Reedley, Ca.) And quick to respond. There was always someone who answered the phone during business hours. Brandy is who I had the pleasure of speaking with. She scheduled the technicians to come out. She let me know who and when they would come. Junior was our technician who came out. He called before coming out and was on time. He was professional, personable and thorough.
