Valley Veterinary Clinic is a well-established business with a long history of serving the community. The staff is described as super friendly and helpful, while the veterinarian is praised for being wonderful, sensitive, and caring, with over 30 years of experience. However, there have been some issues with appointment wait times, which may have impacted the overall experience.
We had a medical emergency with our 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog while traveling and stopped here without an appointment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and understanding. The doctor did a thorough physical exam, ruled out all dangerous conditions, and provided exactly what our dog needed to stay comfortable for the rest of our road trip. Thank you so much for saving our day and taking such great care of our boy!
The staff was super friendly and helpful but the amount of time it took for my appointment to be done, was way over the amount of time it should have really taken. And I was the only person there.Hence the 4 stars.
Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody who loves their critters! Everybody seems to be connected and very positive…And the sweetest most gentle veterinarian I’ve ever met! The staff put you at ease, and you feel like part of their family even after the first visit… Shout out to the nice people at Valley Veterinarian clinic… Redwood Valley California
