Julian came out to help us with a strange smell from the vents when we turned our heat on Christmas night. I was able to schedule a booking for the next morning and spoke with a friendly rep who called first thing to gather information. Julian was personable, informative, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and gave us options for the future to ensure the longevity of our system. We will definitely be using Year Round again (and will hopefully get Julian!)

Jared from year round came out last week to do a yearly maintenance, year round does the most thorough maintenance that anyone has done on my air conditioner before, Jared explained everything in detail, today Jared came back to remove and properly clean the blower wheel and install a air scrubber in the unit, we recently had our first grandchild and wanted the air to be as clean and germ free as possible when he comes to visit and as a bonus also helps the unit itself stay cleaner, we are very happy with the service and communication will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future.
