They gave Clear explanations of the differences in products. The installers were highly professional and went above and beyond to install the carpet and tile. I’m totally happy with the product and highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with the total experience that I had with Western Carpet. Lisa made the selection portion pleasant instead of the confusing experience that I've had in the past. She came over the following day to measure and provide an estimate. Within 2 weeks our new carpet was expertly installed by Bernie and his son. It was a very professional installation. They cleaned up every area as they worked. I highly recommend this business!

Great service. Nice showroom. They even went to great lengths to help us choose the right style and colors on two rooms of laminated wood and two of carpet. Completed the whole job in one day and it looks very nice.
