Amazing experience with Jess! I came in for all new makeup as I’m not a makeup girly but had family photos the next day. Jess was near the door to greet me when I came in and didn’t hesitate to help me find all the basics for a full face! I wasn’t able to swatch a lip color so I bought one and ended up not liking it so much and when I went to exchange it, Jess was still there to help me find a product that better matched me! Jessica was so sweet and kind. In past experiences in make up stores I’ve felt overwhelmed and like I annoy people with all my questions but Jess was so intuitive it was like she answered my questions without me even needing to ask! My 5 stars is solely for Esther G. In the hair and makeup section. She did my makeup for my wedding and listen! Her skills are amazing! Her care is top notch! Don’t walk but run to her!

I came in during a chaotic time (30-45 minute till closing time), Took around 15 minutes to find someone to help me. Overall when i did get help it was 5 minutes to closing time. However the workers were very kind and didn’t even rush me out of the store. Although i can’t recall the names of other workers, my cashier was Marleena, SO KIND. She and another girl even let me know better deal opportunities for the products I was buying.. Took time to let me know about what was best to use. Great people on staff!
