I visited Ulta Beauty on this very rainy day in San Bernardino to purchase some blush and some eyelash primer. As always there is an associate to assist with the selection of the best products. I'm so grateful for their assistance. Today I was in and out of there quickly for a change. I guess nobody wanted to get out in the rain.

I had an AMAZING experience thanks to Dani, an associate there. This girl went above and beyond, or what back in the day would be considered "customer service", but even more. I needed a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she said that she thought they were in boxes but hadn't been shelved, and actually began opening boxes and found what I needed. Additionally, I asked her about some gift items my niece requested and she REALLY steered me in the right direction and saved me some money! Once again, she had to go to the back to find one of them and did!Let me say that the 4 stars not 5 come in here-when I went to purchase everything, the line was-no joke-30 people...read full review

I usually order online and pick it up at the store. The clerks are very personable. If I have a question, they take the time to address it. One of the best customer service companies.
