I walked in just to see if I can get a trim & was told they dont take walk-ins and didnt offer an appointment but rather referred me across the street. Then I asked to see the lady that gives massages & told me I couldn't walk-up as she was with a client but again didn't offer her telephone number. So how am I suppose to make an appointment if I don't get offered and appointment nor I am given the telephone number for the massage lady. Very poor customer service.

I've lived in Redlands for years and and never knew about this salon. It is absolutely adorable and the staff is wonderful. I had Mary cut my hair and she did such a great job!! Not only was it a pleasure to have her cut my hair it was a pleasure to meet her as well!!
