2nd time/ different review: The staff particularly John, was exceptional. Very attentive, first class service. He took his time to adjust my glasses to the perfect position. Did not rush me was very polite and professional.

Melissa was professional and solution minded. She offered for me to come down and let them see if they could do a small fix for free when other optometry offices wouldn’t. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and they helped me right away. They fixed my glasses when my own Optometry offices wouldn’t. I highly recommend their services. The quality and care for people make them the best.

Every time I come here for my annual appointment I'm reminded why I love coming here. Dr. Wu is very intentional and thorough, I never feel like I'm being rushed out. The staff, such as Daniel, are very attentive. Daniel was kind in helping me with my rush order and he found that my sunglasses were under warranty so he also saved me some money! Thank you all!

I've gone here for years. I went initially for the location but I keep going back because the people that work there are helpful and knowledgeable and care about their clients.
