Absolutely wonderful. Alicia nailed it with my haircut! Everything I wanted in the haircut, she was able to deliver! And my haircut looks sweeeeet!!!! She was also very funny, and professional.Also a shout-out to my regular barber, Jorge for his excellent customer service, professionalism, and haircutting knowledge.

Went there to get my son a haircut. My son wanted a kind of kpop grunged haircut. I showed Jorge some pictures, and he was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to make sure he understood what my son wanted. The haircut came out great. My son is still exploring his style, and Jorge was very patient; we didn't feel rushed. He even styled it to give it that rugged look. Thanks Jorge!

EDIT: I ended up going back after I put aside some additional money, and the service was great. My hair stylist spent a few hours balayage-ing my hair and was kind and professional the whole time. There ended up being a little obvious line in my hair that I only noticed after getting home, and when I called she invited me in same-day to fix it free of charge. It's grown out really well and I'm satisfied with the look of it! Would recommend.Quoted in-person $180 for the look I was going for, and made an appointment based on that. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and ended up waiting until an hour and 15 mins after my appointment time because they overbooked/took...read full review
