I called first thing in the morning and Ana answered the call. She was warm, friendly and professional. I told her exactly what I needed for my grown daughter’s birthday. Ana went above and beyond and she told me she would personally make the order. She was very assuring, which was important to me because I’m completely across the country! They will have my business anytime I need something sent.
Ana also sent me a video of the completed order and a photo! She is AMAZING and represents the Redlands Bouquet Florist & More with absolute honesty and integrity.

Highly recommend this florist, however it was really Ana who provided the exceptional service to answer my questions and get the sunflower arrangement to be perfect. Will be a returning customer in the future. THANK YOU
