I've had daily chronic soft tissue pain in my back and hip for years - a deep, constant, nagging ache. I tried physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation, massage, and yoga. While I got some relief from each, the pain stayed the same. Then a friend recommended Ravel Therapy. It is not like anything I have ever tried before. Each session is personalized to you and your pain. Jason elicits your feedback, and then delivers a full 90 min of therapy. The deep tissue nature of the therapy can be quite painful - but at the end of each session my pain is gone and I have relief for several days.
