For years, I had trouble with my pressure tank, and it finally started spraying water from the pressure valve one day. I reached out to a few plumbers, but Jacob answered my call right away and helped figure out what was going on by looking at some photos and a video I sent. we’ve had plumbers come out to our house several times to help with different plumbing issues, and we’re always satisfied with their work and professionalism. this time, we called for help with a hot water heater problem. benjamin made time for us on short notice, and even though he couldn’t fix it right then, he recommended someone affordable who could handle it, and didn’t charge us for the visit. we really appreciate the honesty and courtesy, and it’s great to know we can count on a reliable plumber who treats customers fairly.

Randy & Sons Plumbers is absolutely amazing. i had a problem with my pipes this morning and called a few local plumbers before finding this company. the other places just had answering services, and when they called back, they wanted to charge a high fee for just showing up and didn’t give me any advice. when i called here, jacob answered right away and gave me a few helpful plumbing tips over the phone, without trying to charge me just for talking. even though i tried what he suggested, i still needed help at my house. jacob was able to come by in a few hours and checked everything himself since he was nearby. really nice guy, super knowledgeable. this is real... read full review
