Excellent service. My hairstylist was Sonnet, and she was very friendly the whole time. She always put my comfort first. She was very chatty and helpful. My hair turned out beautiful, silky, and a gorgeous color. 10/10—I’ll definitely be back.
Went in long overdue for hair maintenance, Was helped by Sonnet, who immediately got to work with a freestyle option I gave her based off all her knowledge and experience she’s learned. Given her first month of being on her own after being in school and consistently taking updated classes on new techniques and to sharpen her skills. No matter the amount of time spent in her hair she continued to make me feel comfortable and explained the process of where we were at every step of the way and even had plan A and B if A wasn’t working out. I had the pleasure of working with Sonnet at Luxe 22. I had a consultation with her a couple of weeks prior to the appointment to do a strand test, which was quick and easy. I showed her an inspo picture and she got straight to work. The salon was clean and offered snacks and even mimosas. Sonnet gave me the exact results I was looking for! She was so patient when I was indecisive on what toner I was looking for. I have very thick curly hair and she was able to work with it. Overall I had a great experience and love the way my hair turned out. I will definitely be coming back again.
