I texted him at 6am explaining a thermostat problem I was having, hoping to get someone out that day, which I thought impossible during this cold weather. He texted me back 15 minutes later and walked me through an easy fix at no charge! I was dumbfounded. Unheard of these days! Needless to say, Jeff is a good, honest man.
