JISELLE HAS BEEN WITH ME SINCE I CAME TO HOME INSTEAD...SHE HAS NOT ONLY DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF HER JOB BUT HAS MANAGED TO BRING SOME JOY AND HAPPINESS INTO MY HOME. SHE IS NOT ONLY WELL INFORMED REGARDING ISSUES OF AGING PEOPLE BUT HAS A TRUE INTEREST IN OUR NEEDS AND MAKES A REAL EFFORT TO SEE THAT THEY ARE MET. I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HER ON FRIDAYS. SHE IS NOT ONLY EFFICIENT BUT A JOY TO HAVE IN A LONELY HOME.
I brought my mother here from Florida. My mother was in an assistant living. Before I brought her to california I started looking to see if I can find some help and I did find home instead. Someone from home instead Came to the house to talk to myself and my mother to find out what our needs were. We found someone That we were very happy with. Everyone that I talked to were very professional and very Courteous. Would Definitely recommend home instead to any one that is looking for help.
I was blown away by the level of care and patience by the administration at HomeInstead. From the first day Mary came to our home to assess our home to my father's birthday.....Bringing my father a birthday cupcake was such an act from the heart. The team works hard to find the right caretaker- helps with hours needed and level of care. I would always recommend this care team!!!!!
