I have gotten color & highlights for 20 years and this is the worst experience of my life. I am new in town and looking for a good salon, I saw good reviews for this but BEWARE. Entering this salon was the worst mistake. I was in her chair for over 5 hours for her to fix the mess she created. I went in just for a haircut and she convinced me to touch up my roots. I have light brown hair but she ended up completely dying my whole head black, not brown but BLACK. I told her my hair is the wrong color and she tried to blame me saying thats my natural hair color, IT IS NOT, I am a natural light brunette. I had the genius idea of following a TikTok tutorial and cut my own hair, and then let's just say that was not very wise of me. I call my bestie freaking out because there's not one person I can think of that can cut curly hair in town. Luckily, she recommended me to this place and said ask for Kitty. My bestie also has curly hair and it looks amazing so I of course trusted it and I'm so glad that I did!!! I wanted a wolf cut with layers, because my hair was all one length and was getting very tangly.
