Recently Jan and I completed my Opus 23. This Opus 23 has recommendations for some food and mostly for nutraceuticals. I started taking several of the nutraceuticals he recommended for me in the Opus 23. Since then I have achieved complete relief almost all of the time from the pain I was suffering in my right hip since May of 2022. I credit the nutraceuticals he recommended to me for this. In addition I have had a tendency towards skin cancer and pre-cancer on my nose. I am also seeing an improvement in the skin on my nose since starting the nutraceuticals. . I highly recommend Jan and his work on Opus 23.
