I had the best experience ever! The cold plunge and infrared sauna was amazing! I then had an hour in my float suite and it was truly incredible! I walked out feeling rebooted and totally relaxed! The staff was accommodating, friendly and gave me excellent instructions. I recommend visiting Float Evolution to help you with stress relief, sleep, reduction in muscle pain and overall well being!
Took the missus for a Mother's Day date, it was pretty sweet. Neither of us had ever done it, but have been interested for a while.
The float was sweet as! Kinda claustrophobic and overwhelming at first, but once you lay down and close your eyes the world floats away. Get it? Because you are actually floating.
We would definitely do it again.
P.S. Use the earplugs!
Floating has saved my sanity! I've been floating for 7 years but started here when I was pregnant with my 3rd almost 2 years ago. Yes, its safe during pregnancy! It's so incredibly beneficial to help the body relax and adjust to growing a baby, and a float helped my 1st get into position and facilitated a quick labor the day before my due date which allowed me to have her at home like I wanted.
