Comfort Keepers is excellent in homecare! We couldn't have been happier! We had engaged Comfort Keepers to care for our parents, who are in their 90's. Mandy was amazing since the first time we met with her. She was always receptive to phone calls and questions. The caregivers were wonderful throughout the time we were fortunate enough to have them (upwards of 3 years). They all showed such kindness and tenderness to both my elderly parents. Comfort keepers provided care for my parents-in-law for the past several years until both of their deaths in the past few months. We were very impressed with the care they received throughout that time. The caregivers clearly cared deeply about our parents and were dedicated and reliable. The management team, especially Mandy, were also responsive and caring, and adapted the schedule promptly when needed as our needs changed. The caregivers also worked very well with Hospice when that became necessary. We can’t recommend them more.
