From the day I first walked in, I was welcomed and felt like I had truly stumbled across the extraordinary opportunity to work for Comfort Keepers. The flow of communication, friendly and respectful environment, and access to training and resources made it easier to enjoy every aspect of the job. I have enjoyed working for Comfort Keepers for the last 2 years. There is opportunity for growth, open and friendly communication from management to caregivers, and enjoyable work. During the pandemic, I saw the company owners, managers, and entire office staff working -often in the middle of the night-to care for all of our seniors and caregivers during the most stressful and sad of times. Even when their own families were affected by COVID 19 or they experienced personal losses, they continued making sure all of the clients and caregivers were safe and had what they needed. We have been using Comfort Keepers since before the Pandemic and throughout. They helped our mother transition from independent living to assisted living to her current situation of memory care.Something very important, our mom is blind and hard of hearing and tends to seclude herself from others and activities due to this and these fine people give her great happiness everyday. It is worth it to us and to her.We have a very good relationship with Melanie who is caring and kind and that shows through the people she surrounds herself with, because they are all caring employees throughout her office.
