I had an amazing experience at Cloud 9 Medi Spa. I had microneedling done with Kim, and she was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the spa has such a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Been coming to Cloud9 for several years, it’s the only place I will go now. Every different type of treatment I’ve tried has always given me good results, the building is beautiful and super clean, and more than anything all the staff are super knowledgeable and nice. Every time I go I feel like I’m just catching up with a friend. Definitely recommend Cloud9!
