Clear View Behavioral Services, Inc. is a helpful program that provides services to people in the IE. They specialize in children and play therapy. The staff is described as amazing, nice, helpful, and informative. Clients have reported positive experiences with their therapists, who have been excellent resources for helping individuals and couples. Clear View also offers telemedicine services.
I would like to thank Clear View Behavioral for their compassion, professionalism, and amazing team! From booking the appt, to being welcomed, and services. Caitlin is genuine and cares about her patients, so glad I was referred to Clear View in Redlands! I look forward to my daughter's progress.
The front desk staff were often unprofessional, particularly when handling insurance verification. However, my therapist, Marcos, was exceptional. He demonstrated genuine compassion and clearly cares deeply about his patients.
Therapists here, as well Michelle Buckman (psych NP) have been great for helping our family. They are knowledgeable, and willing to work with you, listen to you, and help you have agency in your own health plan. The only person i would avoid here is Janae. Shes a psych NP or psychiatrist and prescribes medication. She will listen to you, assume you need to eat better nutrition and refuse to give u anything other than lexapro or zoloft. Even when youve been on it for months without improvement. Idk why shes in the biz of prescribing life changing medication and refuses to look at other options when the initial medications are not helping. What they say abt the front desk...read full review
